1. How do we check court time availability?

To download our app, visit your device's app store, search for FIELDHOUSE By The Fox, click on the download/install button, and follow any on-screen instructions.

2. Do you offer refunds for hourly court time cancellations?

Accepted Answer

We are not able to honor refunds. A 24-hour notice is required for hour court rentals to be rescheduled for a future date.

3. Where are you located?

We're conveniently located at 1920 Dean Street in St. Charles, less then a block away from the intersection of Dean and Randall Road.  Situated next to Tri-City Boxing and Muay Thai and Riverlands Brewing.

4. Can I host a party at your facility?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Birthday parties, a family and friends night out, or a corporate outing can be held at the FIELDHOUSE! The space offers an indoor sports court, but also an inviting lobby that has sofas, tables, TVs, and a refrigerator. White folding tables are available upon request.

5. Do we need to provide our own sports equipment?

Accepted Answer

We have basketballs and pickleball equipment available. We encourage you to bring your own equipment, but if needed we can help you out!

6. Can we bring in outside food and beverage?

Accepted Answer

Yes! As long as it remains inside the lobby area only.

7. What is your refund/cancellation policy for party rentals?

Accepted Answer

We are not able to accommodate refunds. A party may be rescheduled, when cancelled 7 days prior to the event. To cancel please contact Megan at mozzello@fieldhousestc.com
